Bus Transportation Information

Bus stop requests, route information, boarding pass procedures, and Edulog bus tracking for WSPA students and families.

Request / Solicitud

Submit the WSPA form when a student needs transportation.

Boarding Pass / Pase

Students may not ride until a boarding pass is issued.

Use Edulog for route, stop, and arrival information.

Important 2026 Transportation Timeline

Bus-Stop Request Deadline

The bus-stop request deadline listed in the presentation was May 8, 2026. If a student does not have a bus or stop in the portal, contact the school.

New Requests

New requests will begin to be processed on September 3, 2026. Each request is individually processed by a WSFCS TIMS operator.

Boarding Pass

After processing, a boarding pass with an effective date will be sent to the school. Students may not ride before receiving the boarding pass.

Fechas Importantes de Transporte para 2026

Fecha Límite

La fecha límite para solicitar una parada fue el 8 de mayo de 2026. Si el estudiante no tiene autobús o parada en el portal, comuníquese con la escuela.

Solicitudes Nuevas

Las nuevas solicitudes comenzarán a procesarse el 3 de septiembre de 2026. Cada solicitud es procesada individualmente por un operador de TIMS de WSFCS.

Pase de Abordaje

Después del proceso, la escuela recibirá un pase con la fecha de vigencia. El estudiante no puede viajar antes de recibir el pase.

Edulog Parent Bus Tracking

The Edulog Parent Portal helps families view planned bus-stop information, bus locations, arrival notifications, and transportation messages. The presentation states that the app supports Apple iOS and Android, provides secure access, and can include all children in a family.

Bus Location

View the bus location to estimate arrival time.

Arrival Alerts

Receive notifications when the bus enters a selected area near the stop.

Stop & Route Details

Review planned pickup, drop-off, trip, and schedule information.

Transportation Messages

Receive incoming transportation messages in the app.

How to Set Up Edulog

1. Install and Register

  1. Install the Edulog Parent Portal app
    1.  Edulog Parent Portal app (Android)
    2. Edulog Parent Portal App (iPhone)
  2. Select Sign Up.
  3. Enter your name, email, and password.
  4. Confirm registration through the verification email.
  5. Sign in to the app.

2. Add the Student

  1. Open the Student List and select Add Student.
  2. Enter the Student's first and last name.
  3. Enter the school, student ID, and date of birth.
  4. If the information does not match district records, contact the school.

3. View the Route

  1. Select the Student's name.
  2. Open Where's My Bus? to view the bus on the map.
  3. Open Schedule for pickup and drop-off details.
  4. Use trip details to view additional information.

4. Set Alerts

  1. Open the trip window and choose the notification icon.
  2. Set the alert-zone radius.
  3. Select the start and end times for notifications.
  4. Enable notifications in Settings.

Edulog Settings / Configuración

Password: Change the password through Settings and confirm through email when required.
Notifications: Turn on trip-alert and phone notification settings.
Language: Select the preferred language in Settings.
Units: Choose miles or kilometers.
